Felt it in Athens, it just wouldn't stop!

long lasting effect and the ceiling lamps were swinging ..... i am on the 5th floor central Athens

It felt really strong even on the fourth floor. Horizontal movement, lasted from 30 seconds to a minute.

It was more then 40 sec earthquake. Without panic we were looking at the shaking lamps. The home bird started scream.

Waking up by the earthquake. People mostly on the streets. Turkcell was the only provider still working.

Slight shake on the 4th floor. Most of the people left the building.

The earthquake was felt for about a minute with smooth horizontal movements. I live on 9th floor.

Felt it at 12:27 EET on the 7th floor. Not too intensive, but long duration - about 1 min. No subsequent shakes so far 12:58 EET.

we are at the first floor at the apt. building and we felt it very powerful under our feet... dont know about the upper floors, but the comments on the facebook are from all over bulgaria from vidin city to the sea nessebar and bourgas.... so that was a big one...
