I felt it... first i thought maybe i m feeling bad but it increased in intensity and i realized it was an earthquaqe... there was no noise that usually we hear in those cases

At 8th floor was very strong!

2nd floor. I was sitting at my desk and i felt the chair move under me, a slight left to right movement, which means the wave direction was S to N. I barely felt it for 3-4 seconds and i tought i was just dizzy, but i instantly checked the flowers in my room and they were swaying pretty hard. Also, a hanging candle support kept swaying for about 2 minutes and also the open windows. I felt dizzy for about 2 minutes after realizing it was an earthquake. We are pretty much used to earthquakes in Bucharest, we've had quite a few in past half year, ranging from 3 to 5,5 Richter.

Was felt here as well. But with a small intensity
